A spacious 100 m² patio, opening directly from the kitchen and dining room onto the pool area, is perfect for gathering around the brazier for long outdoor meals, or simply relaxing with a book in the shade of the large wisteria.

From the moment you step inside, the tone is set: space, light and authenticity.
On the left, a large living room opens onto a spacious dining room, perfect for gathering around long tables with family and friends.
The two rooms are connected by a double-sided open fireplace, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere throughout the year.
Continuing on, a fully equipped kitchen (hob, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, coffee machine, kettle, tableware and cooking utensils) invites guests to share convivial meals. A second fireplace fitted with a rotisserie allows you to cook meat over a wood fire. A practical laundry room completes this space.
Upstairs, a large lounge can be used as a games room or TV room, depending on your mood.
